Answer: Ideally, I’d recommend 60-90min every week. If you want to invest a lot more time every day for self-growth activities, you will be provided with such resources too. Otherwise, 1-1.5 hours/week is great.

Answer: Life gets busy, I understand. It’s alright. If you can join only 1 LIVE session every month… that is so much better than not taking out any time for self-growth. Even engaging in self-growth prompts every week for 5-10min will give you an amazing boost in life.
